Many of us that are interested in beauty, fashion and success are also interested in modeling and acting. As a former model and actress it is important to me to share success strategies with those just starting out. The modeling and acting world can be glamourous but it can also be filled with alot of unethical people.

Audition Tip of the Week
by Patrick Cherry
"The biggest problem that most actors face is the need to be perceived as a good actor"
In most cases whether you are a good actor or not has nothing to do with why you get a part or don't get a part.
You are either what they are looking for or you're not. Period.
By stressing out on whether you are "good enough" or not you come across as less confident - the one thing that will lose you the job.
A director is not going to want to work with someone whose ego needs to be petted.
They want professionals.
So go in their doing your personal best and do your best not to take any audition too seriously. You have the look they want or you don't.
They may already have in their heads what they are looking for and if that is the case then it is out of your hands.
Acting is a wonderful profession but even more it is a way of life. Do it for the love of it not to prove something to yourself or anyone else and the rest will follow.
PATRICK CHERRY says, "If I can't make you a better auditioner in your very first session, I'll give you your money back."
