I recently discovered this great site to get online coupons.

A friend of mine really showed me the value of using coupons like these. I had purchased a television set and had just set it up when he called. He asked what model it was and how much I paid for it. Immediately he started doing a price check both online and through the papers and found another big store had it for $25 less. We went to the original store and showed them the coupon and they matched their competitors price and handed me the $25 in cash! I then took part of the money and found a deal on dvds, that I was planning on buying anyway, and walked out of the store with some cash left over, two cds in my hand and my brand new tv at home.

Hi all

I am not the most organized person, as my assistant would be more than happy to tell you. I tend to know where everything is but no one else does. This is not a great thing when I have to go out of town and she is left to figure out what goes where and what wandered off.

We have been working on systems of organization but the “a place for everything and everything in it’s place phenomenon” keeps eluding me. So I decided to get organized in a slightly different way.

We are dividing my projects into sections of the office and each section has at the very least its own cabinet. I ordered some organization cabinets from Powell furniture because I wanted something that could be delivered without paying shipping and they have a nice selection.

These cabinets are pretty and they also have all these lovely compartments to place my papers and folders in. Many even have a nice little shelf to put my coffee on which, to tell the truth, is what really sold me on them.

Although I have a comfy sofa and a desk to work at, more often than not you will find me plopped down on the floor with some project and this keeps my caffeine in easy reach.

All in all I believe these cabinets will: 1) keep me organized 2) keep my assistant happy 3) keep enough lovely caffeine coursing from my system to actually get everything done

Some of the pieces come completely assembled and others require a tiny bit of work on your part, but perhaps you can ask that cute maintenance guy or that adorable neighbor you have been wanting to meet to help out. Life is full of wonderful opportunities.

Hi all

As many of you may have guessed by now, I own several businesses and websites. It can actually get a bit confusing and in the past I have had difficulty staying on track. My friend Dan has gotten to the point of sticking post it notes on my computer saying”What business am I in today?”

When you have 20 plus sites to run, you can spend every second tidying up loose ends and not enough on actually furthering your business. So the post it notes have helped keep me on track. Now he has gone a bit further by getting me engraved pens. Each pen set is divided by color and logo.

So if I am using my pink pen with the stillagirl.com logo I know that that day I only work on stillagirl.com, and stillagirl.net.

When I am done with those two sites, I put the pen back and pick up the red one. That is my dating pen. I use that one for seductiondiva.com and whatdowomenreallywant.com.

And so on and so forth.

This technique may sound silly but it has really worked. I even have the pens divided by days. So I  work only on pink and red on Mondays and Green and blue are for Tuesday, etc.

Everything else can wait or gets delegated to my assistant. This system has actually helped me to increase my profits by up to 50%. Instead of merely going through the motions, I have a physical reminder of my purpose for each business.

Try it for yourself. You just may be amazed at how much more you get accomplished.
